As a subscriber, you will have access to the stock merger data on our website.  This data will be updated after each trading day and uploaded on the Madmergers.com database, where you can download the data as an excel, csv, or adobe acrobat file.  Our data will show the details of the merger, estimated closing dates, and return calculations for all stock mergers traded on the major U.S. exchanges.  The subscription fee is $19.99 a month, or $179.88 a year, which is 25% off the monthly rate!  After subscribing, you will get your first month free.  After the first month is over, your monthly subscription will be renewed automatically every month.  Your yearly subscription will also be renewed automatically every year, after the first free month.  If you do not wish to continue with the service, you can login and cancel at anytime.  No refunds are given on monthly subscriptions.  For yearly subscriptions, a refund is available on a pro-rated basis, but will be re-calculated at the monthly rate of $19.99, instead of the discounted yearly rate.
